Our session begins with somatic yoga, a gentle and mindul practice that connects the body and mind, allowing you to release tension and cultivate inner awareness.


After an invigorating yoga session, we'll pause for a nourishing brunch, where you'll enjoy healthy, delicious food made to energize!

Your experience culminates in a one-of-a-kind experience with author Reigna Demian, who will guide us through journaling exercises focused on the chakras. Come gain introspective space and like minded comradery exploring both balancing inner energy centers and promoting deeper self-awareness and emotional healing!
