What is your return policy?

Our classes are carefully planned in advance, including supplies and venue arrangements. Due to these preparations, we do not offer refunds.
In the event of an extreme emergency, we may consider rolling your registration into the next similar event with a 50% re-enrollment fee.

What happens if my event has been canceled?

Accepted Answer

Classes with fewer than five participants will be rescheduled within 30 days. DGM also reserves the right to cancel classes due to emergencies or illness.

Does DGM do private groups?

Accepted Answer

We happily accommodate groups of 8 or more! A minimum of 8 participants is required, and the standard per-person fee applies. Enjoy bringing your own food and beverages at no extra charge for your private 2.5-hour event.

Question 4

What should I do if my friends signed up but there weren't enough spots left for me?

Accepted Answer

For easier group registration, please have one person secure all spots. Multiple individual sign-ups can cause complications. Moving individually paid registrations to another event incurs a 50% fee.

Does DGM allow children to attend?

Accepted Answer

The short answer is no. Most events are held in 21+ establishments. For designated children/family events, children 10+ are welcome with an adult unless stated otherwise.
