  • Pecorino: An ancient white grape variety, whose origin is still disputed between Abruzzo and the Marche. The grapes are harvested by hand in the early hours of the morning and brought to the cellar in small boxes and are gently pressed and fermented at a controlled temperature in steel vats. It is then bottled between December and January and is a fresh and easy wine to drink. Its bright yellow color with green reflections is the prelude to a fragrant sip with a marked acidity. Intense citrus scent found in every sip with an intense final flavor. On the palate it is enveloping, fresh and full-bodied.

Villa Corti Chianti: Crisp red fruits such as cherries and plums, with notes of cedar, vanilla and spice. Tangy yet smooth, this even has the acidity and tannin to stand up to food. Enjoy accompanied with paninis, pasta, Mediterranean salads or prosciutto.

The Occasion Cabernet Sauvignon: The Occasion Cabernet Sauvignon presents on the nose as an expressive bouquet of ripe blackcurrants, black cherries, and cassis, complemented by notes of cedar, tobacco leaf, and subtle hints of vanilla and dark chocolate from judicious oak aging. Gentle swirling reveals additional layers of complexity—wild herbs, graphite, and a touch of forest floor.
